Shipping and delivery
At Flora Danica Denmark, we always strive for fast and smooth delivery.
Orders placed before 2:30 PM on weekdays are generally shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day. We do not ship packages on weekends or public holidays.
We ship with:
- GLS and Bring in Denmark
- UPS to the EU
- Fedex to the rest of the world
During sales and campaigns, longer delivery times may occur.
VAT and customs
Within the EU
All prices include VAT, and no additional charges are levied for deliveries within the EU.
Outside the EU
For deliveries outside the EU, prices are exclusive of VAT. You may be subject to local VAT, customs, and import duties upon receipt. These costs are borne by the customer.
**We currently only ship orders of a value of DKK 1.000,00 or above to the UK.
***Shipping exemptions: Belarus, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Russia, USA.
