Please read our terms and conditions before ordering from www.flora-danica.com, as you automatically accept them when you make a purchase from us. Our terms and conditions for shopping on our webshop may change from time to time - so always make sure you have read them before completing an order.

Delivery time
The delivery time at FLORA DANICA DENMARK is an average of 1-3 business days in Denmark. Delivery to other EU countries typically takes between 2-7 business days from the time the package is shipped until you receive it. Read more under the item, Delivery time to addresses in the EU. Should there be delays in your order/package with POSTNORD or GLS after it has been shipped from our warehouse, FLORA DANICA DENMARK cannot be held responsible for this. Therefore, we also recommend that you make reservations for extra delivery time during busy periods, such as holidays or sales. All our packages are sent as insured parcel post.

We use POSTNORD and GLS as shipping partners, so please note that GLS does not ship packages on weekends and holidays, so items ordered on Thursday after 12:00 may not be delivered until the following Monday.

We will always do our best to fulfill your order, but in the rare event that an error occurs in our inventory update, which may result in us not having the item you have ordered in stock, you will be contacted by phone or email as soon as possible. Should such a situation arise, your order will be cancelled.

 

Remember to save your order number if the item needs to be returned and the money needs to be refunded.

Delivery time to Germany

We deliver to all of Germany. Price depends on shipping method. We offer Express delivery with DHL with delivery 1-2 business days.

Price for DHL Express delivery 1-2 kg - €25

Free shipping with DLH Express on purchases over €200

Delivery time to addresses in the EU
We deliver to most countries in the EU. The price may depend on the recipient country and is calculated at checkout. The package will be delivered to either a parcel box or home address depending on the recipient country - however, it is not possible to choose this yourself.

Delivery times:
It typically takes between 2-7 business days from the time the package is shipped until you receive it.

Shipping prices

In Denmark, your order can be shipped free of charge when purchasing for a minimum of DKK 399. The shipping is always based on the cheapest shipping method – that is, without distribution. When choosing another shipping method, a shipping fee of up to DKK 49 will be added, depending on the shipping method chosen.
When delivering abroad, we offer shipping to countries in Europe.

 

Free shipping only applies in Denmark and for purchases over 399kr.

Shipping to EU countries costs 150 DKK.

We deliver to the following countries in the EU.

Sweden, Germany , Finland,
Austria, Netherlands,

(not Greenland and the Faroe Islands)

Shipping is always based on the cheapest shipping method.

Return of uncollected packages:

If you fail or refuse to accept your item upon delivery or do not pick up your package at the designated pickup location, and it is sent back to us, we charge a fee of between 50 - 80 kr depending on the weight of the shipment. The fee covers freight, transportation and handling. For foreign shipments, it is the current price from GLS or Postnord plus handling fee.

 

Ordering and payment
All prices for items at FLORA DANICA DENMARK is shown in Danish kroner (DKK) and includes 25% Danish VAT.

 

At FLORA DANICA DENMARK we accept the following payment methods:

Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mobilepay

When you order an item on our webshop, you will shortly receive an email with an order confirmation.

This confirmation email is not the same as an invoice. Instead, you will receive an invoice email that serves as your receipt when your purchase is completed and registered.

 

Sending
As soon as your purchase is registered with FLORA DANICA DENMARK , we will ship your order as soon as possible. Items ordered on Friday after 12 noon or during the weekend will only be processed on Monday, and items ordered on public holidays will only be processed on the first following business day.

You will receive an email with a link to the POSTNORD or GLS Track and Trace function the same day your order is shipped from our warehouse. Please note, however, that it can sometimes take some time after shipment before your package is registered and the Track and Trace function is activated.

 

Right of return/right of withdrawal
When you shop online at FLORA DANICA DENMARK , you always have a 30-day right of withdrawal. Your right of withdrawal only starts when you have received the item, and is respected as long as the item is returned within 30 days of receipt.

 

Refund
The amount will always be refunded to the same payment method that you used to pay for the purchase. For example, if you paid by card, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment card you used to make the purchase.

 

Should you regret your purchase, please return your item in the same condition as you received it. When we receive the item, we will check it and arrange for a refund upon receipt.

We will process your return as soon as possible. Your money from your purchase will be refunded as soon as FLORA DANICA DENMARK has received the returned item.

In such cases, you will finance the return shipping yourself, unless otherwise agreed with FLORA DANICA DENMARK.

Should you choose to use the item, or if you reduce the resale value of the item in any way, your right of withdrawal will cease. We recommend using an insured form of package delivery.

 

Should an item be lost in the mail upon return, FLORA DANICA DENMARK waives any liability. assumes responsibility for this unless the package is shipped correctly with tracking. Remember to include the order number.

Please note: We never receive packages sent by cash on delivery or packages sent to parcel shops or post offices.
All packages must therefore be sent with a return label (if you purchase a return label from us, you are sure that it will be delivered to our address).

If you wish to exchange an item for another, please contact us at mail@flora-d.com and we will send you a return label. You then simply have to hand over the return package to the designated shipping partner. You will pay the return shipping when you choose to exchange.

If the item has been tried on, in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the item. To receive the full purchase price back, you must not have used the item, broken the seal or otherwise damaged it while you were responsible for it. The item must also be delivered complete as upon receipt.

If you regret your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid to us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase. The amount will always be transferred to the same payment method with which you paid for the purchase. For example, if you have paid by card, the purchase amount will be returned to the payment card you used for the purchase.

 

Right of complaint

As a customer, you always have a 24-month warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing and/or material defects that were present within 24 months of your purchase. The warranty does not cover goods that are defective due to wear and tear, lack of maintenance, improper use, or improper washing, but only for errors and defects that were present at the time of purchase.

When requesting a complaint, please contact us as soon as possible so that, based on the given situation, you can either have the item exchanged, the money refunded or receive a discount on the price of the item.

When you choose to return an item to FLORA DANICA DENMARK due to a complaint, please include information about the errors and defects in the item and attach a copy of your invoice for your purchase. This allows us to process your inquiry much more quickly and ensure that you are satisfied with the outcome of your complaint.

 

In the event of a justified complaint, we will refund reasonable shipping costs.

If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your reasonable shipping costs to send the item back to us. Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging, and that no address label or packing tape may be attached to the item itself or its original packaging. Remember to get a receipt for sending. You are responsible for the package/items until we receive them. Therefore, keep the postal receipt including information about shipping costs and any track and trace number. Note! We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery or similar.
